Dear Members
We have been approached by the CPUT Architectural Technology Third Year Team, in relation to work placements for their Third Year Students. These students are typically required to spend a minimum of 18 weeks in practice form the 1st July to 15th November.
Our request is for you to consider accommodating a Third-Year student in your office during this time. This would be a mentor/mentee relationship. Please note that these students do not have any further classes after this period, only time set aside to rework Semester 1 work end October, so the period of employment could be extended. This would be negotiated between the student and yourselves.
Please contact Ayanda Buwa at buwaa@cput.ac.za if this is something that you think you could take on. Ayanda will be coordinating the work integrated learning for the students.
