We wish to bring to your attention this notice from the City of Cape Town LUM and BDM Departments:
- For all application payments as of 01 July 2020, the DAMS on demand request for a copy of tax invoice is no longer operational.
- Paying customers will now automatically be posted a tax invoice within seven (7) days after their payment is received. This could mean that some regular customers can receive two (2) tax invoices per month.
- Customers can activate the “Municipal accounts service” on eServices. This will allow Customers to view and download their tax invoice via the eServices Portal.
- Customers can also SMS their account number to 31223 to receive their account via email.
