A medium sized dynamic architectural practice, based in the southern suburbs, requires the services of a versatile, permanent Office Manager who can develop and grow with the company.
Duties Include the following:
Prepare invoices for clients using Excel
VAT returns processed on SARS efiling
Bank Statements using Pastel
Processing of payments to suppliers
Maintain Recons for Capital expenditure
Manage the office in terms of supplies and equipment
Manage staff leave and sick leave
Payment of wages for small wage staff
Assisting with rentals and tenant queries
Process of all income and expenditure on Excel and prepare for Accountants.
Matric, minimum, and Bookkeeping Qualification preferable but not essential.
3-5 years’ experience in Engineering or Architectural companies would be ideal.
This is a permanent position with the attractive working hours of 8.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday
