The following skills and experience are required
· Minimum 5 years continuous experience.
· Proficiency in REVIT – additional software beneficial, but not required.
· Experience through all stages of the project cycle, from inception to construction.
· Experience with local authority planning procedures.
· A thorough and comprehensive understanding of SANS and building regulations.
The successful candidate will be
· A team player who is energetic, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Able to prepare drawings and documentation of a high standard.
· Computer literate, have good administration skills and excellent communication skills.
· Someone who is willing to continue learning to enhance their skills, and who is looking for experience across all stages of projects.
