Moment Architecture & Interiors is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our small team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful, design-driven projects within a small, collaborative and boutique environment. The position is full-time and offers the flexibility of primarily remote work, with weekly in-person meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Comprehensive understanding of all architectural project phases—from concept through to completion.
• Strong time management and efficiency in delivering tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Revit, with the ability to produce detailed designs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Solid knowledge of municipal and building regulations, along with industry standards.
• Proven expertise in residential design and presentation.
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Open to feedback and able to work effectively and take instruction within a team structure.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architecture.
• Advanced Revit proficiency (essential).
• Own computer with Revit 2024
• Minimum BTech Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience across all architectural work stages.
