Kobus is the director of the creative and design sector of the process of architecture and urban design, and is very fortunate to have incredibly talented staff who detail the spaces and buildings to the highest of standards. Our journey into the 3D BIM world has exploded with Revit* into all the possible avenues that current cutting edge architecture demands. We collaborate thereon with engineers and other professional consultants to finely detail the many facets of our buildings.
My passion is to create environments and buildings that is self-sustainable, energy efficient, aesthetically unique and above all, unapologetically beautiful. The selection of natural sustainable materials in new modern buildings of mine receives high priority. Deconstruction of the fundamental building blocks of architecture is very real to me. I am an avid and passionate fan of South African simplicity.
You will be required to work with client scopes to produce the concept stage architectural design work for luxury villas and a boutique hotel. Drawing by hand is also very important so your artistic skills will be tested…
Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture
* Appropriate design portfolio
* Adequate knowledge of designing for construction
* Revit
We Offer an exciting office environment and interaction on all levels in working on a large residential development and other projects.

This position is for a Permanent or Limited Term Contract, for placement in the Paarl office.
