Elleke Holdings SA is looking is looking for an Architect with 5-10 years’ experience to join their Cape Town office for a 1year fixed term contract subject to renewal.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Master’s in Architecture or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years post-qualification experience
• SACAP registered.
• Local Planning and Municipal requirements and knowledge of NBR required
• Proficient in Revit Architecture is essential (compulsory).
• Proficient in AutoCAD required.
• Knowledge in Sketchup/Twin-motion and AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Additional software knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Understanding of local authority submissions, technical drawings, and construction + design detailing.
• Interpretation of design.
