EHH Architects are seeking a Design | Professional Architect to join our team in de Waterkant, Cape Town.
The following skills and experience are required
• Minimum 3 – 5 years continuous experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT – additional software beneficial (Lumion, twinmotion).
• Experience through all stages of the project cycle, from inception to construction.
• Knowledge of and an active interest in Private and Public Health Care Design Standards and Principles.
• Documentation of large-scale construction project(s).
• Experience with Department of Health drawings and applications for private health care.
• Experience with local authority planning procedures.
• A thorough and comprehensive understanding of SANS and building regulations.
The successful candidate will be
• A team player who is energetic, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to prepare drawings and documentation of a high standard.
• Computer literate, have good administration skills and excellent communication skills.
• Someone who is willing to continue learning to enhance their skills, and who is looking for experience across all stages of projects.
