Junior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist
The position is full time after a mandatory probation period of 3 months.
Denzil Coetzee Architects (formerly Msimang Coetzee Architects) is an established architectural design firm based in both Cape Town & KwaZulu-Natal.
We are looking for a creative and idealistic young individual that is an ‘out of the box’ critical thinker to support our strive for innovative & sustainable architecture.
Min Requirements:
• Must have a B.A.S & Master of Architecture Degree (junior architect).
• Must have a N.Diploma & B-Tech in Architecture (senior technologist)
• Must have minimum 3 years post grad experience.
• Must be proficient in Revit 3D architectural modelling.
• Must be proficient in any other image enhancing software for 3D visual presentation.
• Must demonstrate good design & 3D visual presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate good technical knowledge in preparing detailed construction drawings.
• Must demonstrate good time management & delivery skills.
• Must enjoy collaborative engagement.
• SACAP registration not a prerequisite at this stage.
