We are looking for a Pr. Architect + Team Lead who has a passion for developing and leading
people. This critical appointment serves a dual role as a Project Architect and a Team
Lead, providing guidance and support to a talented team of young professionals.
Experience across all project stages, particularly in Residential (single, multi, and high end)
and Commercial spaces, is advantageous.
This role would suit a Master of multi-tasking – if you are excited by a diverse and fluid
environment and thrive in bringing order and direction to your projects and team, along
with the ability to manage project deliverables at a micro level while overseeing project

Qualifying Criteria:
M. Arch with 7+ years post qualification experience. An exceptional skillset in the BIM
space would be beneficial within this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Cape Town or are already planning to
