Key attributes:
– Min 2 years working experience in similar environment
– Ability to manage busy switchboard & receive clients/suppliers
– Organized clear thinking pro-active individual
– Computer literate
– Basic knowledge MS Word / Excel
– Typing speed minimum 30wpm
– Matric or higher
– Confident professional telephone manner when liaising with clients/suppliers
– Great inter-personal skills & group orientated
– Ability to multi-task and can work to deadlines
– Must be suitable for vibrant creative architectural practice.
Salary commensurate with experience.
