Creative architectural studio in V&A Waterfront seeks an energetic, organized and well spoken individual willing and capable of multi tasking. Must be experienced in handling wide range of administrative and Executive PA support related tasks with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of creative, motivated people.


– Proven office management, administrative PA experience
– Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Presentable, neat and stylish
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent typing skills and speed
– Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management procedures
– Knowledge of HR management and procedure
– Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Word and Excel or similar & willingness to learn new software systems
– Must be systems focused and pay attention to detail

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

– Front of office / reception
– Organizing diaries, meetings and appointments
– Reporting to and working close with Director
– Oversee office operations and procedure
– Co-ordinate with all suppliers, IT consultants
– Collating month end expenses / disbursements for invoicing
– Maintaining Management Accounts
– Maintaining filing systems
– Development and implementation of office policies / standard to guide office operations
– Monitor and maintain office suppliers
– Handle clients enquiries
– Manage and maintain safe working environment

Salary: R18 000 negotiable on experience.
