An opportunity exists for an experienced office manager.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Proven experience as an office manager
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Welcome and provide general support to clients and consultants
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Payroll administration
- Assist in process of hiring new staff
- Order stationery and equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive and show initiative
- Have own transport and valid license
