We’re looking for an HR Officer to join our busy Cape Town office to provide an HR support and co-ordination function.
Duties & Roles:
HR Administration including time and attendance
Skills Development, training and mentoring co-ordination, recording and reporting
Coordination of the process of recruitment, selection, placement and on-boarding.
Employment Contract administration
Performance Management and co-ordination of performance reviews
Co-ordination of the staff forum including employment equity consultative forum.
Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology at NQF Level 5 / 6 (eg, B. A, BSocSc, B. Tech or N. Dip).
3-5 years’ human resource generalist experience.
Preparedness to travel to Johannesburg when necessary.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Experience in the construction / built environment sector will be advantageous.
